Pathetic just pathetic

Buy 2 cakes with icing on , cashier turns them allmost upside down to scan them so the icing gets rubbed on the lid , im paying for that , i expect it to be whole when i purchase it , when asked how can she turn cakes upside down , answer because the price is ontop ,rude surly cashiers , refused to call the manageress instead had a conversation with somebody else about it in another language , then asked what must she do . eventually somebody came back with 2 others not what I wanted one was different , more pathetic service from Pick nPay Riversquare .Why as a paying customer must i put up with bad service .wait ask the cashiers maybe they have an answer .15h35 around
