Pathetic experience with PnP ASAP

I bought this on PnP ASAP and my account was double debited. It is over a month now trying to get a refund from them and they’re taking me from pillar to post requesting information I’ve already sent. They do not communicate unless you go out of your way to seek feedback. I am definitely going to delete this app and stick to the woolies and checkers one after this incident is resolved as this is the second time I am experiencing such from them.
