Pathetic experience at Pick n pay Soshanguve Block BB

Bad experience at Soshanguve pick n pay was so pathetic , something that no living human being will want to experience , security guard told me that on my till slip they didn’t add my plastic bag I should carry my groceries with my hand, of which it was not my fault , I asked for 2 plastic bags and the cashier gave it to me not knowing that is not added on the slip when are swipe my card and security guard treated me as if I stole the whole pick n pay store for the mistake done by their cashier, how can someone still a plastic bag that’s on cashiers hand all the times. This security guard must be thought to use his common sense of mind and stop treating customers like that
