Pathetic, dismal and apalling service

Good day

I was at the Pick n Pay Store in Strand Street Cape Town and the cashier (Veronique Booysen) left the till point only to come back minutes later and not apologise for her disappearing act. She then had the audacity to advise me that she had closed the till. Upon enquiring as to where the notice was to say that the till was closed- she gaped at me open mouthed like a fish on land. I then asked to speak to the store manager only to have someone by the name of 'Phillip' claim to be the manager. Please advise as to why my time should be wasted in your store due to your staff clearly not wanting to work. Are Pick n Paky going to compensate me for my time and advise to why their store members **** and said that Philip was the manager when it's infact 'Elroy Swarts'.

The audacity of you to think that this reply which looks like it's been written like an imbecile like structure of a human - has resolved the situation. I suggest you ask one of your staff members or higher management to get in touch with me.
