Pathetic disgusting pick n pay customer service staff is
Terrible customer service received.i have been to hyper by the sea pick n pay the management n staff was pathetic n rude they refused to assist me with a gift return I advised them to put it on a gift card they refused and behaved has if the clothing was looted or something it's really sad and I don't advise people to support all pick n pay stores even the la Lucia mall gave me a hard time.do they expect us to ask the person that gives us a gift for the reciept! How damn rude is that!

23 Feb 2023, 09:08I am extremely disappointed in which a big business like pick n pay operates and treat they fellow loyal customers.i would like to know who is going to compensate me the cost bearing with regards to going back n forth to so many of URLs store's.and keep in mind it's cost due to URLs untrained rude n arrogant staff members and management and for being humiliated in public I am definitely taking this further to the consumer ombudsman.and social media shall receive news with regards to this unprofessional behaviour from a huge store pick n pay.
