Pathetic Delivery Service

It has become pathetic how their delivery is never on time, and never within 3 hours. You use this service because you need your goods today, and is tied up at work or simply don't have transport and hence the delivery service - but for the past 2 months their delivery service has been horrible. They just dont care about customer service!! Its absolutely disgusting! Even after raising this with them, and them calling to apologise - it changes nothing. Seriously - close this part of your business! We can stick to Checkers 60 who always delivers on their stated time!
