Pathetic Delivery Service

This is specifically targeted at the Pick n Pay in Hartbee****rt, The Village Mall. Whay absolutely pathetic online delivery service. It takes 3+ hours for them to just ACCEPT your online order. Then it takes them forever to pack it and get to you. I have never witnessed anything this pathetic in my life.

This is also not the first time, it's happened before. And then they make you tip your driver before you place the delivery? Laughable. Especially since this is the level of service you get (and yes, the driver's tip has something to do with this as they are the ones who pack your order and deliver it, but don't let that make you forget the manager, because it really all comes down to him shrugging his shoulders).

Will never order or buy from them again. I'd rather go with Checkers, they delivered under half an hour.
