Pathetic Delivery & Customer Service from Pick n Pay Clothing

I ordered something online on the 8th October, by the 19th October I had not received my parcel. I called the call center every day from the 19th October to follow up with no feedback, no assistance to try and solve my issue. Terrible service. I will never use PnP clothing online again.
