Pathetic Customer Service - Pick n Pay Durbanville Deville Centre

Being a frequent shopper at Pick n Pay Deville Centre Durbanville, I am constantly faced with the inconvenience of incorrect product pricing. Being a professional, my greatest challenge is time, and unfortunately having to visit Pick n Pay Durbanville almost daily is frustrating. Today was the final straw when I highlighted my dissatisfaction to the store manager (who was note even wearing a name badge, just a plain white shirt and black slacks), and he did not even acknowledge my complaint, just unacceptable that a store manager could not have this kind of an attitude towards his customer. My matter commenced with avocados that I wanted to purchase today, yet again incorrectly priced, noting that I experienced the same problem three days ago in this store. The shelf price of the avocados was R22.99, when I got to the cashier it rang up as R26.99, which I highlighted to the cashier as the incorrect price, following which, the cashier walked to the fruit and veg section to get the shelf price tag. The cashier duly corrected price and I finalised my purchase. The same scenario happened today with the same avocados, unfortunately when the cashier went to the fruit and veg section, there was not even a price tag on the shelf, and when she returned, the cashier informed that there was no shelf price, and either pay the R26.99 or reverse the charges. I requested to reverse the charges and the cashier called for the store manager. When the store manager arrived, I reverted my unhappiness of my experience to the Manager, while he facilitated the reversal transaction, he was totally oblivious to me, as if to ignore me. After the cashier was done I made it a point to go to him and explain myself on a one on one, it was only then did he acknowledge my complaint. It was too late by then, and I told him that his attitude will determine his altitude. It is no wonder that Pick n Pay is facing a performance crisis, it is because of managers like the one at Pick n Pay Durbanville, with no customer centricity and focus.
