Pathetic customer service from pick and pay

I made purchases from the pick and pay app twice and on both occasions they canceled my orders tip today the 1st of January im. Still waiting for my refund and this was on the 15th of December i made the purchase... Trusting them i decided to order again from them and thia time i did not receive all my items till today im still waiting for springs mall to deliver.... *** reference number... Really inconvenient and a waste of people's money and time... Thanks tess
