Pathetic customer service from Francis

Pathetic service from Francis at Pick n pay retreat. She decided to ignore me standing next to her and assisted another customer who spoke to her in Afrikaans. She showed no remorse and just walked away as if I was not talking to her. Her attitude is terrible I would recommend customer service training for her as it seems like she has no idea what that is. I would never go to her till ever again, I would rather walk out than have to go to her till 😡
