Pathetic customer service from blue hills

I went and bought a product t that scanned for R8 more than the marked price, the staff refused to assist and wamted me to go to someone else. Then Emmy Mokoena refused to give me double the difference and said I should ask for it. I was so upset I left the store without the refund due to me. This is absolutely unacceptable.
