Pathetic Customer service
Very dissatisfied with the returns process at PnP Hypermarket Brackenfell. I bought a Nanotec Heater and not even working for one hour it just stopped working. I tried to return the item to the store and requested my money back as i am not interested in this inferior product anymore, Brian and Nicky informed me that i can only book it in for repair which i am not interested in, i just want my lousy R449.99 back!! the level of customer service is pathetic, i had to wait for almost half an hour just to see some kind of manager. PnP will definitely not have my business ever again.

i am not surprised as this just goes to show how pathetic the customer service is from that store, full of empty promises but no deliverance, got so much more joy shopping at Checkers/Shoprite!!

Seven days have passed since i have shared my contact details as requested but no response from PnP Hypermarket Brackenfell.
i am not surprised as this just goes to show how pathetic the customer service is from that store, full of empty promises but no deliverance, got so much more joy shopping at Checkers/Shoprite!!

A further 8 days have lapse without a response since my last post. I don't think PnP should look too far to see why they struggle.....your customer service is shocking to say the least.
I wonder whether PNP Hypermarket in Brackenfell even has competent management?
