Pathetic customer service
Pick n pay queensburgh overcharged me on a purchase of dog chunks that was on special.This was on Wednesday. After numerous calls on Thursday to the store as no one answers the land line, complaining on the website as well as the WhatsApp number I have yet to receive a response.(which I can supply itemized billing of) I was eventually told the store manager will contact me.On Friday morning I called the customer care line given a reference number and told this matter would be attended to.What utterly pathetic service!!! I'm still awaiting a response.
