Pick n pay do not have a set complaint process. No email address to lodge complaint. When you go on the watsapp number there is no option for complaint / compliment. Also on their website they have a number as toll free ***, this ois not a toll free number, it is a share call number as it cost me airtime when they long to answer and the options. Website does not have proper info. I purchased pick n pay milk and it went off before BB date
