Pathetic customer service
Customer service is pathetic... lately they had a special for every Sunday times that u buy u get either charcoal, firelighter etc...wanted to buy the newspaper but no-one had a clue of what I was talking about...even the manager(Joseph) had no idea...he went to look for a 2kg of charcoal and never came back...the till operator(Rohfiwa) was so rude...I left without getting any help...had left my number with the till operator to give to Joseph the manager...it's almost the end of the week...no response...very poor customer service... would rather go to Douglasdale pick 'n pay than Northgate
