Pathetic customer service
Pathetic customer service on their WhatsApp helpline. Still waiting for the customer service agent to get back to me on if a store has stock of a specific product. Advertising an Easter promotion with no stock. Just plain pathetic

Are you able to supply me with a raincheck or inform me if your warehouse will have stock anytime soon as it is still being advertised on your online platform but I cannot make the purchase. Please assist.
