Pathetic customer service as per usual

Good day, I am extremely annoyed and upset and disappointed that your so called manager Abduragmahn that works at Pick n Pay liquor ,Capricorn, Muizenberg had the audacity to waste my time by telling me that he can not accept the Hunters Dry returnable bottles because he does not have crates for Hunters dry but has other crates for other bottles. Is this a joke? He is afraid it will break ( what a lame excuse). I then asked why can he not put it in the other crates that he has. He just looked at me. I then told him that I will complain and he said okay. Is this how you Pick n Pay treats your customers? This clearly was deliberate!! A total power struggle!! This will never happen in Claremont Pick n Pay where I regularly shop and where management does their job and understands that the customer is important. Please educate and train your managers at Pick n Pay Capricorn. Yours Sincerely. Sarah
