Pathetic customer service

I have lodged a complaint sometime in the month yes the manager jimmy has called me to apologise which he should have not done. The rude cashier qiyaam mr know it all should have responded. Im going to say this again poor customer service and pathetic handling of my situation. I then get an email call closed how is the call closed when i didnt get any feedback as to what happen further.when the tree is bent make it straight before it ends up falling.
