Pathetic customer service

Pathetic customer service on Sunday I was at pick n pay lemon tree and I experienced extreme poor,pathetic customer service from Masinhlekhopane and phumzile or phindile they don't deserve to be where they are they must be in their offices.masinhlekhophane was not supposed to take another customer since she was helping some one whose till can't cancel apparently. At least communicate beforehand than telling me that it's fine I can go ahead and report her.phindile or phumzile exercising her overriding power towards me.
