Pathetic customer service!

Pick n Pay Walmer Park is the worst Pick n Pay I have been into. They never have enough tills open. They keep the barest minimum of tills open so that the queues run back into the aisles?! Its ridiculous and extremely POOR customer service. Its definitely NOT due to social distancing as they will have all the left side tills closed and 4 tills all open on the right, They really need to get their act together. I have not seen this in Cape Town but they obviously think this is the poor service PE customers deserve?!
