Pathetic customer service

The service at Pick n Pay Northridge Mall Bloemfontein is pathetic to say the least.

No sense of urgency and they don’t care about customers. I went there today for shopping and to play lotto. I stood there at lotto counter without any assistance until I decided to leave. Staff member were looking at e as if I’m invisible.
