Pathetic customer service

Always pathetic service. Tellers and packers ignore the customers and carry on having a conversation with one another resulting in half my groceries not being packed but forgotten on the counter. Fortunately I noticed and packed my own goods. Unfriendly, poor service and don't even greet customers.
