Pathetic Customer Service

Visited your Musgrave Branch the customer service desk was unattended to for over 15 minutes .... Then comes the stubborn rude and arrogant Andiswa who does not even greet no smile ... so I said Hello how are you? She says im OKAY the telephone rings she answers the phone goes missing again for another 15 minutes and ask me to just wait....

The queue builds up behind me still no help from Andiswa ....argues that she has to help the person on the telephone first even though I was there before the phone rang.

Anyway she assisted me I asked for a packet she charged me but didn't have a packet she sends another lady to fetch a packet pushes my stuff to the side and attends to aother customer still no greeting no smile

is this customer service??? well its pathetic your staff needs training.
