Pathetic customer service

We do not shop at Pick n pay a lot and today was just prove of why not.<br> 1. We where looking for specific items a plastic egg container. We asked the person working in the plastic isle if they have any and he had to call someone else to help us because he did not know.<br> 2. We where also looking for a dustbin, we found it after about 20 min of searching hidden way at the back in a corner, there was no one to help us in that area.<br> 3. we then went to the hot food section to get us some pies, when we got there we waited about ten minutes before anyone came to help us. there was only one person behind the counter. when the other person showed up to help he was rude, unfriendly and when he put on the pricing sticker he pressed so hard that the pie cracked<br> 4. when we got tho the till to purchase these few items (there was also 2 cool drinks and some cupcakes) there was a cleaner busy at a till point. there was only about 5 tills open and they where all quite busy. the cleaner was cleaning at the speed of a snail and the cashier just directed us to a different till point in a rude manner.<br> <br> This all happened in one trip on one day. this makes me wonder about there day to day customer service
