PATHETIC CUSTOMER SERVICE

Ref *** - I have lodged a complain about a product of theirs. They never contacted me about my complaint except for a form that I had to fill in. Now suddenly the case is closed and I still have no answer on what went wrong with the product and what is being done with it. I think it is pathetic that you lodge a complain about one of their own (pick 'n pay brand) and suddenly the case is closed without any answers.
