PATHETIC CUSTOMER SERVICE

The management at Pick n Pay, Mubarton, are pathetic, they lack customer service and need training on how to deal with people, namely Christi, who felt it best to defend and waste our time then to apologise for any inconvenience caused.
After returning from buying monthly groceries Saturday, 25th July 2015 we discovered that we were charged for 4 bags of washing powder as opposed to 3. My wife immediately called the store and was advised by a gentlemen by the name of Bruno that all we needed to do was to return to the store where it would be checked by the cameras. On arrival we were met by Christi who advised that we would be assisted shortly but found ourselves standing around and waiting for about 25 mins.
it was inconclusive from the cameras how many packets of washing powders were bought as i had left the other two in the trolley after being advised by the teller that he only needed one to scan. Christi, confirmed that i would be contacted by end of day, provided i left my details. We called Monday and yet again, Christi defended instead of apologizing. To date i have not been contacted and have used air time and petrol trying to sort this out this mess...
