Pathetic customer care

Pick 'n pay customer service has such a poor service and disappointing. I have logged a complaint on the 5/01/2021, and got no response whatsoever. On the 09/01/2021 I wrote a review on hellopeter about them, only then they logged the call. They sent a mail requesting that I should provide them with the product details, which I did. That was it, I never heard anything from them, until just now when they sent me the following;

"Hi, thank you for contacting the Pick n Pay call centre, your call with reference *** has been created and will be actioned accordingly."

How long is the turnaround time to attend to a customer's issue? I am so so disappointed at Pick 'n pay.
