Pathetic customer care

It's the second time again being disappointed with pick 'n pay lambton. Just last year I bought some sausages which where tagged R35 for R999 though I managed to get back my money when they saw there system was at fault. After a good fight with them. I had bought some few groceries for the birthday when I was checking my bank account something wasn't adding up. I had to go back to the store to take back that over charged sausage and they requested I should bring all the staff I had bought at that time so I had to drive back and forth just to get my money back. Fast forward to this year this Sunday 5 December 2021 I bought a few groceries and a drink soda water which was expired. Apon my arrival back home I open the battle and in my surprise there wasn't any acid sound, and was tasting little different. I check the expiration date only to see it was expired, I immediately call the shop asked to speak to the manager who then responded that I should bring it back soon I have time. Just yesterday I went back to the replace the product. And they give me a had time to obtain one. So I promise I will report them to hellopeter this type of service you are render your customers
