Pathetic Custimer Service
I am utterly disgusted by the customer service and delivery service of pick and pay Asap. I ordered items on Sunday got the wrong items delivered to me. money got taken out of my bank account. Calling them daily from Sunday to collect the incorrect items and refund me. today is Friday and still no luck with collection or refund. the most pathetic service ever why offer a delivery service if you have staff that can't even pack a delivery correctly.
