Pathetic behaviour by PicknPay ASAP

I ordered a lot of stuff on PicknPay ASAP. Included was a pack of 48 large eggs. PicknPay collected the money from me, but did not deliver the eggs. Now they refuse to refund me for the eggs. This is pathetic service and unacceptable behaviour!!
