Pathetic & Bad Customer Service (Pick n Pay - Dainfern Square)

This morning a little after 09h30 I went to buy a few items at Pick n Pay Dainfern Square. I specifically wanted to buy green tea (five roses) and ended up buying biscuits etc. When I approached the cashier's counter where customers should have less than five items, there was no cashier at the till. I then approached a manager who was busy on a computer as I only needed to pay for five items. There was a long queu with people who bought groceries and I pleaded with the guy that it was impossible for me to queu with customers with lots of groceries. The attitude I received from the said manager was extremely unpleasant and was not necessary. He made no effort to assist me whatsoever. I am not a regular customer at Pick n Pay dainfern square and I ended leaving the same items. I just could not stand being treated like a door matt by this guy. Pity I did not take his name. I left and drove straight to Checkers Lonehill, bought the same items anyway because I had no alternative choice. To my surprise the tea I wanted to buy was R7. 00 more expensive at Checkers than at Pick n Pay, I however did not mind even paying R10. 00 as long as my dignity and sanity were in tact and I was not undermined especially by a senior member of the store. I stay opposite dainfern square and I will never put my feet at Pick n Pay (Dainfern Square) NEVER again. The customer service I received from this store was extremely pathetic & inexcusable!!!!!!
