Pathetic ASAP service from Pick n pay

Wow i dont know where to even start. 1 They have the worse delivery service i have ever used. I placed my order yesterday the website does not indicate that you are only allowed to order 35 items. Placed the reduced order again today has some out off stocks which i was told my surplus amount will be refunded in 2 to 3 days. Order was placed at 7:am and wasl only delivered after 1pm. Placed another order at 2pm and as i am writting this review i have not received it and the time now is 7:24. The estimated delivery time keeps on changing. I have sent my complaint to your whatsapp line tried to call your call center nothing. This is pathetic services to say the least
