Pathetic ASAP service

Poor customer service !!!

Pick & Pay are t hopeless and don’t know about customer service

This stupid new ASAP is a wasted as each time they out of stock you being billed and they now say the bank has to release your monies . In April I never get a refund and left it and now again in May they giving the same bull **** story and don’t even know what the refund is and just mentioning the bank has to release it . However when we purchasing the full amount goes off and then no stories is the bank to release it and all the frao they give you via email

Best to shop at Woolworths and Checkers 60 because they much more efficient
