Pathetic and USELESS
Pick n Pay Quagga Centre is such a disappointment. 4 Cashiers on month end (yesterday). Tried to call and asked for manager, phone got dropped on me. Eventually found manager walking on floor. He was so rude and not interested. Staff loitering around while lines are long. Called regional manager who had NO customer service experience and so damn rude and vulgar. Is this how you operate?????????
