pathetic and shamefulservice. misleading time advertising.

p n p maponya advertised the FESTIVE SEASON TRADING HOURS....Mon-Thur 09H00-20H00,Friday 09H00-20H00,Sat08H00-19H00 and Sun 09H00-18H00. So yesterday i arrived at maponya at 19H00 cause i know that they are closing at 20H00 driving from Northriding to do my shoppingand when i got there the doors are close. i then asked for the store manager and the security guy who had a bad attitude told me that the manager has left. while waiting there at the door i saw another guy who happened to be the manager(Lionel) and i asked him about the trading hours and he told me thatthe trading hours were a mistake and i asked him why did they put it on the doors if it was an error cause i was at the mall earlier and i told myself i'll come back later since they are closing late. He did not show any responsibility as a manager and am feeling bad cause i had to drive so far for nothing. i believe as a retail whatever is advertised must be checked before they can take it to the public and the post was on the doors for the whole day and only when i query he realised that the post had incorrect information which is not fear for meusing my petrol for nothing.
