Pathetic and Rude manager at PnP Northmead mall

Terrible experience in pick n pay northmead mall on Friday 10 June... They had advertised a special for beef mince for R69.99/kg. When we arrived in store we noticed that the mince they had packaged and marked under the special price was actually ground beef, a very poor quality meat which is not the product that was advertised. We then called for the manager who was very rude to us, saying did we expect them to give us the highest quality meat for that low price. We told him that you can see for yourself this isn't the product you advertised. He then proceeded to being very arrogant with my mom sayıng he will pack for her mince the next day but how many kgs will she then take because of the price and was very sarcastic asking my mom if she is taking 100kg or 200kg. Very unprofessional manager Named Ben he didn't even give a last name. Overall pathetic manager.
