Pathetic

I ordered via asap and they delivered the wrong order and promised to bring the correct order with 15 minutes. Two hours later I try to get hold of the driver and my call was ignored, I called the store and they said they will come back to me, of which they never did. I called the support centre for cancellation and they say if I cancel and I don't get my money back but it will be loaded in the pick n pay wallet.
