Pathetic

<p>I bought a Counter Point Fan Heater on the 25th March and yesterday it just wouldnt switch on.Today we took it to P'nP in Hayfields Pietermaritzburg with box still in excellent condition and the Fan with not a scratch on it, the only thing missing was the cash slip...I did not swipe my smart shopper either.My husband spoke to the non-foods manager and he told him there is no way they will take it back.I then called customer care and what pathetic service from people who call themselves customer consultant****** n' Pay is the only store that sells counter point heaters as far as I have seen and I'm being doubted.Why must we be stuck dealing with such unhelpful people at your stores, why would I want a R150 item sorted out if I had bought it so long ago as imp**** by your non-foods manager and customer care consultant...I am not an uncouth person...If something is out of warranty/guarantee I buy new items I can afford it but I feel Im cheated out of a heater I paid for that has now broken in less than 2months.Disgraceful and unsatisfied with Pick 'n Pay Hayfields and I will tell whoever I can to never buy appliances from your stores because this is horrifying service and terrible appliances.</p>
