Pathethis customer service
I was at the pick n pay clothing midway mews midrand yesterday afternoon.The cashier was serving other customers and i was the next customer.She gladly chooses to leave me standing at the till point with all the items in my hand and she was busy checking prices of clothing on a computer adjacent to her.Not apologising to me or saying anything.I stood there quiet long and eventually just threw all the clothing and left.Pathetic and unacceptable customer service...

03 Jul 2025, 09:31I am not sure if it was the store manager or just an employee that called me regarding this matter yesterday.The explanation that she gave me did not even seem professional.She tells me the employee was checking a bar code for another cashier. Does the employees not have customer ethics and skills to say to customers sorry we are busy we will attend to you or there is a problem.Is their no communication at all. Customers must just stand at the till point hoping they will be attended to..If not walk away..Overall its a pathetic service
