Pasta Penne with *****
Bought a pack of PnP Pasta Penne Was just about to open the pack when i notice The pack contained a small metal ball Lodge a complaint regarding the foreign object Still haven't heard from them its been 2 weeks now

and I have heard nothing
not even a phone call to say sorry or something
Just wondering if you guys handle all you customer complaints like this
