Passing the buck while I suffer

On the 19th of June 2017 I slipped and fell on my hip bone at pick n pay Newtown mall. The store assistant then called emergency services for me to get medical attention as I was in a lot of pain. But to my surprise no one is willing to take any responsibility for the accident and have attempted everything possible for my claim to be recognised and paid out. As I write this am in and out of hospital due to the injuries sustained. I have a pinched nerve on my spine and my ankle is still not heald properly am simply unable to do any work. I have no funds left on my medical aid and still in a lot of pain and a pending opp as i cant afford to pay cash. The Pick n Pay insurance team is blaming the cleaning company and the cleaning coming is talking in cycles. Some reginal manager ones called me and promised to follow up but till today nothing. Can someone help me out as my kids are going hungry and about to loose my house as the little I have goes to my health.

What happened to being people centred and caring for the nation?
