Passing the buck...

I logged my complaint with the Pick n Pay Online Clothing Store on 11 November for a promotion which showed on the site and on the items I received but never received my discount. To date, I keep getting responses that my complaint has been escalated as urgent but there has been no resolution - it's going to be a month soon. Very Very disappointed at the service levels received
