Parmalat Lactose free milk always out of stock

For roughly the last 4 months it has become an increasing challenge to get hold of Parmalat Lactose Free milk in Bloemfontein (especially the low fat). It used to be sold in pre packaged 6 packs like all other long life milk. At any given time I have to rotate at least 3 stores to try and get the milk and sometimes all the stores are out of stock. Just this week Pick n Pay Brandwag was out of stock as they have been for 3 months, Pick n Pay loch logan is also out of stock. Its so bad there isn't even other brands of lactose free milk today just soy and almond. Is there a supply problem??? because it truly cannot be this much of a struggle every month to get Parmalat Lactose free milk. I'll even make peace with full cream as I have the last 3 months, but something is better than nothing. Please attend to this, it's completely ruining my shopping experience with you.
