Parcel Counter Query
Hi,
I went to Pick n Pay Pinecrest Mall this afternoon and left my parcels at the parcel counter. When I got home I realised I am missing one parcel. I phoned just a bout after 6pm a lady at reception answered. My call was then transferred to the parcel counter as I wanted to check if it's there and there was no answer. When I phoned again the lady told me the store is closed and there's no one there, but she will check for me. She requested my name and number and said she will check for me. I guess she is still checking even now. I just want to find out if it's there or not so I can investigate further.
