Parcel counter lady didn't wanna give my groceries

I've just been to pick n pay at South gate now to do my shopping, left my things at a parcel counter and when I was done and went to collect my things the lady just didn't take my tag to give my groceries back she took everyones tag even people who came after me and just left me there standing, I left the store without collecting my groceries coz she just wouldn't take my tag, it my daughters birthday and she just ruined it, she is so rude so guess ill have to go back when I'm done with my shopping to collect my things and hopefully I'll get someone different who will give my groceries.
