pamphlets pricing

I received a Pick n Pay promotional pamphlet from a Bleed news paper(2015/12/01) valid from 1 December to 6 December 2015. on 01/12/2015 I bought the special of Nutri start cereal at the value of R25.90(buy one get one free(as per the promotional pamphlet) with the authorization of a manager named Phillip and Bongi who assisted that moment. I was then advised that they have not yet had their systems adjusted as per the promotional pamphlet and I settled in understanding out what I was told. With satisfaction out of the mentioned product, I returned to the store to day dated 02/12/2015 to get more and in all honest truth, take advantage of the special. however today when I got to the store I was denied the opportunity of taking advantage of the this special and what disappointed me off more than anything is being told that they will not assist with my requested as they do not fall under the umbrella of Pick n Pay supermarkets how would me as customer know, with a lame excuse and I failed to understand this nonsensical since I have been exposed to this store for the past +-5 years or so and all this nonsensical starts now .
