Pampers bought and elastic are all broken and does not stick.

<p>We bought our son a pack of pampers at ick and Pay store and all the elastic bands are broken and they do not even stick.</p> <p>I went to the store and they told me to contact Pampers to lodge a complaint.</p> <p> </p> <p>This really unacceptable and I feel very disgusted with their service.</p>
