Pain and suffering

I had an incident at Bellville Liquor store. It was on a Sunday on my way to work, i decided to pass by the Liquor store as I was having visitors the following day. I bought a six pack of ciders and a bottle of wine. As I was paying not noticing the was a broken bottle inside the 6 pack, the next thing I saw was alot of blood. I panicked because I am a diabetic patient that means I shouldn't be having cuts. The poor cashier tried to help me with the bleeding then he eventually called the packer who then laughed at the whole incident. I then got out the Liquor store hoping to find a manager who was nowhere to be found, eventually a bakery staff member helped me by putting a bandage around my bleeding finger. The next day I called and email the head office and told them of what had happened. A day later I then received a call from the manager of Bellville branch who told me he would get back to me after watching the footage. A month later no one has gotten back to me. I suffered at work because I work with my hands and I reported late for duty , aPick n pay failed me as customer. I will be taking further actions.
