Paid twice for same item

So Friday I went to pick and pay clothing in Brooklyn purchased few items and after paying was told that the till went offline Yada Yada but as i checked my transaction on the app the money was out I was told that it will reverse but I waited about 5 minutes and no reversal then I was asked to pay again for the same thing now what ****es me off is pick and pay cleared and took my money I paid twice for the same thing. Brooklyn pick and pay clothing still have not called me even after I left my number cause they promised to deposit it back wow what a service
